We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to validate end-to-end workflows across Salesforce, eCommerce, and Oracle Cloud integrations. This role focuses on automation and integration testing of quote-to-cash, subscription billing, order fulfillment, and customer journey flows. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for Salesforce, eCommerce, and Oracle integration points.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build and execute API and integration tests to validate data consistency across systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop and run regression, SIT, E2E, and UAT test cycles against release milestones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to map and validate business workflows (lead \u2192 opportunity \u2192 order \u2192 billing \u2192 revenue).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and workflow documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Track, report, and drive resolution of defects; perform root cause analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Validate payment, subscription, cancellation, returns, taxation, and promotion scenarios in commerce flows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate testing activities in Agile sprints, including sprint planning and reviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Validate Salesforce workflows across Sales, Service, and Commerce Cloud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Validate fulfillment, billing, accounts receivable, and Oracle-related flows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • 5+ years of experience in QA with strong emphasis on automation and integration testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proven experience testing Salesforce Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud) OR Oracle Cloud integrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Solid understanding of eCommerce customer journeys (browse \u2192 cart \u2192 checkout \u2192 payment \u2192 fulfillment) and subscription billing workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hands-on experience testing APIs and integration points between Salesforce\/eCommerce and Oracle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with automation frameworks or tools such as Cucumber, TestCafe, Fragrant, or Playwright.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, HP ALM).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong knowledge of SDLC and test cycles (SIT, E2E, UAT, regression).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to work primarily in-office at El Poblado, Medell\u00edn (hybrid considered only if necessary).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience validating pricing, contract approvals, recurring payments, returns, promotions, and taxation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to validate data, APIs, integrations, and batch jobs across systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Understanding of ERP finance, invoicing, G\/L, or supply chain workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Nice to Have<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Experience with Quote-to-Cash, order management, billing, and accounts receivable validation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience with middleware tools for data synchronization (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience validating ERP-related flows and batch jobs between commerce\/Salesforce and Oracle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
