We are looking for a Semi Senior IT Recruiter to join our team and manage full-cycle recruitment processes, working with IT profiles for international clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job intake, sourcing, interviewing, candidate follow-up, and offer closure.
- Upload and maintain candidate information using tools such as Trello, Jazz, and Slack.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Track recruitment pipelines and ensure hiring goals are met.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Conversational English (nice to have).
