Summary

We are looking for a Semi Senior IT Recruiter to join our team and manage full-cycle recruitment processes, working with IT profiles for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job intake, sourcing, interviewing, candidate follow-up, and offer closure.
• Upload and maintain candidate information using tools such as Trello, Jazz, and Slack.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Track recruitment pipelines and ensure hiring goals are met.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Conversational English (nice to have).
